Tritons welcome and encourage athletes of all ages and abilities to participate in its fun-filled training program!

raining sessions are typically focused on a wide variety of higher intensity workouts, served up in a highly motivating group setting, to maximize your performance and speed.  That’s the program focus – providing those intense workouts that you hate doing on your own, while reaping the training benefits of other friendly club members urging you on. Plug into the Club workouts, all of them, or tailored to your specific training plan. Training times and schedules vary during the year. Check the club blog and twitter feed for training schedule updates.The training program is generally free to all members.
